Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, have any marks, odours or be altered in any way. Returns will also not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. If your item isn’t in its original state, you will be refused an exchange or refund and you will receive the item back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return via Evri with a Prepaid Label (QR Code or Printable)
If you'd like us to arrange the return for you, we can generate a shipping label via Evri. A £3.50 returns fee will apply for this service for UK customers. For returns outside the UK, an additional charge may apply depending on the destination. -
Return at Your Own Expense
If you prefer to arrange the return yourself, there is no additional charge from us. However, please note that you will be responsible for the parcel in transit, and we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs while it's being shipped back to us. Please remember to keep your proof of postage.
Full Priced Items:
If you are unhappy with your order, you have 2 weeks from the date of receiving to organise a refund to your original payment method.
Sale & Promotional Items:
This includes events such as Spring Sale (28th-31st March), Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Valentine's Day Events & Flash Sales.
Please note that full refunds cannot be provided on sale items. However, we may offer store credit or an exchange for a different size, colour, or product. To arrange this, please email info@yogellaactive.com. It is your responsibility to review our returns policy before making a purchase.
Socks are not eligible for returns.
Free Shipping (spend over £60)
If you spend over £60 and qualify for free shipping (UK), but later choose to return your order, you will be responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
